ICB Financial Accounting Programme - Advanced Level

§  This programme is the fourth level in the ICB Financial Accounting Programme.

§  The Financial Accountant can sign off on existing CC company documents and works closely with Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors.

§  Financial Accountants are also able to register with The South African Institute of Bookkeepers and Accountants (SAIBA) as Accounting Offers.

This programme includes the study of strategic management, pricing policy, cost volume profit analysis, employee benefits, assets and more.

What I will be able to do

Compile annual financial statements; register with SAIBA as an Accounting Officer (axe you meet their requirements); work with Chartered Accountants and Auditors; have a thorough knowledge of accounting theory and practice, corporate strategy; and International Financial Reporting Standards
